/ Kerry marks start of Bowel Cancer Awareness Month
Today marks the start of April, Bowel Cancer Awareness Month. Every day 44 Brits die from bowel cancer, totaling 13,000 each year and making it the second biggest cancer killer in the country.
More than 34,000 are diagnosed with bowel cancer each year, and nearly everyone who is diagnosed early will survive.
If you're of screening age - over 60 years old - then I'd encourage you to take the test. It could save your life.
